Our museum space

The old Coselva mill dates back to the early 20th century and has been open as a museum since 2016, showcasing the history of Antara, the extra virgin olive oil produced by the cooperative.

Playing with the past and the present, the museum allows visitors to learn about the entire production process, from the deliver of olives of our partners to the olive oil bottled.

The tour begins with an informative section about the work in the fields and the months of harvest. In the historical section, attendees enjoy sculptural scenes representing the old presses, beaters, and even a simulation of how the oil flows.
Finally, there is a section related to gastronomy and tips for the preservation of both the oil and the olives.
In addition to its use as a museum, the space also serves as a meeting place for members, where talks, activities, and conferences are organized.
