Delivery time

Despite our aim is to deliver our products worldwide, currently we only deliver within Spain and the Balearis Islands.

From 3 to 5 days:  Spain and the Balearic Islands.

In case the above delivery times were not accomplished we would call or e_mail you in order to confirm a new delivery date. In case the new delivery time was not suitable for you, you would have the option to cancel your order with no charge. 

Return Policy

Coselva will accept all returns within 6 days from delivery if the product is in perfect conditions.

Products which have been manipulated by the client will not be refunded or exchanged or replaced.

Once the product is with us, Coselva will check its condition before refunding it.

In case the order was delivered in poor condition the client could return it and Coselva would refund the total cost of the order (product and delivery), taking into account Coselva's limited liability to replace the product.

PAYMENT METHODS

Credit Card:

All credit cards are accepted. The payment is done through La Caixa secure access SSL and SET. This way, Coselva will never be informed about your credit card details.

La Caixa clients will be asked for their PIN number, as well as their card details.

Bank transfer

 a) La Caixa clients who have Línia Oberta acess can make a transfer using this service thorough their personal user and password.

 b) Other users can print Coselva bnak details and instructions from the corresponding screen in order to make the transfer.

Caixa Mòbil o Visa Mòbil

In this case, the system will ask for the mobile phone number linked to your credit card and within a few seconds, an automatic call will come through and ask you for your PIN number in order to authorise the operation.

Direct debit

Coselva website will ask four your personal details as well as your bank details in order to issue a direct debit order for the value of your order.

Legal

All orders placed to Coselva will be governet¡d by the laws of Spain without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. You agree to the personal jurisdiction of the tax address registered in your order.

Any controversy or dispute regarding the interpretation of the order agreement or its conditions would be resolved throung mediation, under applicable law, in the Courts of Reus (Jutjats i Tribunals de Reus, Tarragona).
